We only Use sunnen hones and we keep all common stones in stock for a quality finish on all cylinder

Our boring machines may be vintage but they are of the highest quality, and we only use carbide tooling. The vice like work holding helps limit cylinder twist in both machines (similar to a torque plate, but not as a replacement for one when needed). We can bore anything from 38mm all the way up to 105 mm.

We have special work holding for very small scooter valves in our vintage valve grinder. We use Neway valve cutters with a power feed for a consistent finish. We then finish with a sioux tools valve grinder when possible.
